Service Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event decoration services with Calmlylight, please review the following guidelines to understand our cancellation and refund policies.

Cancellation Timeline

30+ Days Before Event

If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled event, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a small administrative fee to cover consultation and planning time already invested.

15-30 Days Before Event

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before your event will receive a 50% refund of the total contracted amount. This accounts for materials ordered and vendor commitments made on your behalf.

Less Than 15 Days

Cancellations made less than 15 days before your event are not eligible for refunds, as materials have been procured and vendor arrangements finalized. We may offer credit toward a future event at our discretion.

Event Postponement

If you need to postpone your event rather than cancel, we are happy to work with you to reschedule. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the original event date. Any additional costs incurred due to rescheduling will be the client's responsibility.

Service Modifications

Changes to your decoration package can be accommodated up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability. Additions may incur additional charges, while reductions may result in partial credits depending on the timing and nature of changes.

Rental Items

Any rented items that are damaged, lost, or not returned in their original condition will be charged to the client at replacement cost. Please handle all rental items with care during your event.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
